COURSE 124a/215a: Partial Differential Equations COURSE DESCRIPTION In this course the student will be introduced the field of Partial Differential Equations (PDEs). We will mostly study first and second order linear equations. Special emphasis will be placed on the important constant coefficient equations from physics (heat, wave, Laplace).
